- Payment information: handled securely by our payment provider (Square). We do not store full card details on our site.

- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.

Bookings & payments (Square)
We use Square to manage bookings and payments. When you book or pay, your information is processed according to Square’s Privacy Policy. Square is the controller for payment card data. We receive booking details needed to deliver your session and records required for accounting and insurance.

- Contract: to deliver the service you request.
- Consent: optional communications or special-category notes you volunteer.
- Legal obligation: tax, insurance, or record-keeping requirements.

How long we keep data
Booking and treatment records are kept only as long as necessary for providing services and meeting legal/insurance obligations, then securely deleted.
